I understand the importance of dietary concerns, which is why I'm more than happy to accommodate any allergies with a specialised cake. Alternatively, we can replace the traditional cake with something unique that represents your child's personality — such as colorful jelly, a fresh fruit arrangement, or a playful paint splash. Whatever you choose, it will be the centre-piece of an extraordinary photo shoot, guaranteeing both wonderful memories and adorably messy moments.
What to expect during your session
Your session will take place in our studio, located in Fair Oak, Eastleigh. During the Cake Smash session, your little one can dive in and discover the cake's textures, experimenting with their hands or a spoon. They'll have free rein to create as much (or as little) mess as they like. Afterward, your baby can have a bubbly bath session in my mini bathtub, which not only leads to memorable photos but also a splash-tastic time! We wrap up the experience with warm towel cuddles and countless wonderful memories.
If you prefer a more toned-down celebration, we can tailor the session to include a simple setup or a fruit smash, ensuring it aligns perfectly with your vision.
Furthermore, the festivities aren't just for one-year-olds! If your child is approaching their second, third, or even 10th birthday, we can uniquely design a session that suits any age and captures lasting memories. Cake, special afternoon tea, or even something alcoholic (for over 18s!) — birthday photography can be enjoyed by everyone.
Additionally, this is a fantastic opportunity for family photographs. We welcome parents and siblings to participate in the fun, or to take separate family shots before or after all the excitement and mess. Wear cool and comfortable clothing, as the studio will be nice and warm. Neutral colours and tones always photograph well and please avoid logos and patterns on shirts.
